Sue Wardner, FNP, a native of Turtle Lake, ND practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner for the Washburn Family Clinic, seeing patients on Wednesdays and Fridays. Her practice also encompasses the management of swingbed patients, long term care, acute care and emergency room coverage at Community Memorial Hospital in Turtle Lake. She obtained her nursing education in Bismarck, ND receiving a Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Medcenter One College of Nursing and a Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Mary.
Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the North Dakota State Board of Nursing permits Sue to practice as a family nurse practitioner in the state of North Dakota. Sue is also certified in CPR, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Trauma Life support (ATLS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) .

Amy Gotvaslee, FNP-BC, originally from Fargo, ND is the newest addition to the community Memorial family. Amy, a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Washburn Family Clinic in Washburn sees patients of all ages as well as provides Emergency Room coverage at Community Memorial Hospital in Turtle Lake.
Amy believes in educating and empowering patients so they have the tools to make their own decisions regarding their health and healthcare. Amy obtained her Bachelors degree in nursing in 2006 from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND and her Masters degree in 2009. During this time, she worked in the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit at Sanford Health in Fargo where she was a primary clinical preceptor for new employees as well as a Clinical Instructor for North Dakota State University nursing students.
After relocating to Bismarck Amy, who now worked as an Emergency and Trauma Nurse at Sanford Health - Bismarck, decided to expand her professional knowledge with graduate school and ultimately gained her Nurse Practitioner's degree in 2014. Amy is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a certified provider in CPR, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
